  • When writing procedures always use ROLES and not names.
  • You can use this for your personal life, your professional life or just what you are doing.
  • While people might change what they do or turnover might happen, those roles won't change and your procedures will remain accurate.
  • Even if you are doing all the roles yourself at the moment, you are setting yourself up for success by documenting these procedures using roles making it so much easier to delegate later down the road.
