What I do when I'm feeling anxious: When anxiety hits, I have a few go-to strategies—like acknowledging the mess, leaning into my support system, and giving myself permission to take breaks without guilt.
How to stay grounded in chaos: Even when everything feels out of control, you can stay grounded by breaking things down into small, manageable tasks and focusing on what's in front of you.
