We often assume that changing our lives is simply a matter of trying harder. But what if some of the struggles we face aren’t simply about willpower, bad habits, or difficult circumstances? Jesus and the New Testament authors speak seriously about spiritual forces of evil – and about the ways they can whisper lies that pull us away from God. In this sermon, we explore the reality of spiritual warfare, how it can show up in surprisingly ordinary ways, and why our greatest defense is not our own strength, but the truth, presence, and power of Jesus.

Which river are you living on when it comes to provision? In this teaching from our Mammon collection, we unpack Craig Hill’s parable of three families living along three rivers: one hoards water out of scarcity, one consumes it all, and one digs canals so the flow reaches everyone.
