You are a human being, and by nature of being a human, you are high maintenance! This is NOT a bad thing. You are NOT wrong. This is by design. You deserve to get your needs met! This includes (but is not limited to!) rest, fun, spiritual connection, physical exercise, eating healthy, laughter, and connecting with other people. That's a lot! It can be hard, however, to create ways to get your needs met. This doesn't mean you should give up…this just means this podcast episode is for you.
