If you're uncertain, struggling, not sure what to do... ask questions!!!  Seek out understanding before you make changes on your own to your programming.  If you work with a coach, ask your coach, if you follow a popular program, ask others who are following the same program.  It's okay to ask questions, just make sure you do so before you make changes on your own
