Ilay Shkort, Aarin Singh and Ethan Peart, 11 graders at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior Highschool that created Finance For All that is a youth run organization dedicated to spreading financial literacy and empowering the youth with the financial education needed to make wise financial decisions.

Faith Kennedy - Program Specialist and Christina Delgado - Ruiz - Instructional Supervisor - We discussed the Summer Youth Internship program, who qualifies, how they are seeking employers and students to intern for the summer.

We discussed the Barbershop Speaks program that engages in intelligent discussions inside barbershops and beauty salons. Also discussed ws their program, "The Fatherhood Enrichment Initiative and the professors book, "Clippers of Change"

Anike Sakariyawo - Founder - Discassed was the mission of the program, how the service children with STEM and STEAM education in health, fitness, mebtal health and community involvement.

Kemba Gosier - President- we discussed what sickle cell is, the causes, the treatment and how her organization brings awareness to the disease. Also discussed was their sickle Cell town hall happening Wednesday April 17.

Darius Daughtry - Founder - Discussed how April is National Poetry month and the art of writing makes the young and old more creative, open to more things. Also discussed their 2nd annual "Our Voices : Festival of Words" April 25-27

Patricia Josue - Senior Youth Employment Manager - We discussed how Junior Achievement's programs empowers the youth with the knowledge, ability and confidence to navigate their futures. Also discussed was their 2024 Summer intern program how it pays the students throughout their internship and the employers that they are seeking to fill the positions at no cost to them.

Mz. Bee and Giovanni Sairras - Founder and Executive Director. - We discussed the difficulties that returning citizens have when they are released from prison. Also discussed was the upcoming 3rd Annual Changing The Narrative Resource Expo & Celebration.

Mark Howard - Principal - We discussed how the school was celebrating Women's History Month with their students and the difference between a regular highschool and a magnet highschool. Also discussed upcoming programs for students and how Mark started as an intern on 99 Jamz, all while becoming a teacher, then Vice Principal and now Principal of a Hallandale Magnet High.
