My career path turned out ok. You could say that luck played its part and the rest down to good choices.

Thinking back if there was anything that I would have wished for someone to talk to me about, it would have been on why it’s important to take a career pathway in a job - don’t wait until it’s too late (old).

When we’re young - “I’ve got time”.

My first week of giving up on smoking 🚬.

An insight for those that have never gone through withdrawals.

Also I can’t remember what it was like the first time I gave up, so I thought why not record the journey thus far.

COVID taught me something about myself that I didn’t know. Being self aware of how you’re feeling, mentally and emotionally is so important. We all need to take time out to breathe.

Why do I do this podcast?
For my new listners or, those that just stumbled across my podcast by accident. Welcome to my journey.

I've read through a lot of resumes and interviewed a lot of people. Some have been good and... some not so good.

So I'm sharing my tips - the "do's" and the "dont's" on both.
May sound basic and common sense but believe me, it nothing is so common these days.

Growing up I wanted to be a cop. One phone call changed all that. And now for the past 12 years I've been working in the business sector.
