My career path turned out ok. You could say that luck played its part and the rest down to good choices.

Thinking back if there was anything that I would have wished for someone to talk to me about, it would have been on why it’s important to take a career pathway in a job - don’t wait until it’s too late (old).

When we’re young - “I’ve got time”.

My first week of giving up on smoking 🚬.

COVID taught me something about myself that I didn’t know. Being self aware of how you’re feeling, mentally and emotionally is so important. We all need to take time out to breathe.

Growing up I wanted to be a cop. One phone call changed all that. And now for the past 12 years I've been working in the business sector.
