A new show is on the way, and it’s built for real life, not perfect life. We’re launching “Give Me 15 with Regina Swarn,” a solo podcast where each conversation is 15 minutes or less and focused on the everyday stuff that quietly shapes your health, your money, your home, and your mindset. For the next couple of weeks, we’re also doing a big promotion push across social media, podcasts, and radio so you’ll know exactly where to find it when it drops in June.

We talk through the heart of the format and the kind of topics you can expect: practical personal finance questions like “Do I need that or do I want that?”, saving for a rainy day, and making choices that protect your peace when times are hard. We also get honest about cleanliness and why a clean environment can feel like a sanctuary, plus the everyday habits people debate like heavy cologne, overpowering perfume, and overdoing it in ways that affect everyone around you.

Then we go deeper into mindset and spiritual life: jealousy, comparing seasons, gratitude, and how constant complaining can keep you stuck. We share why we avoid negative talk like “I’m broke,” why forgiveness matters even when people are messy online, and why we stay committed to audio-only podcasting because we love that radio feel. We also honor the people who kept us going, including Lora, and name grief as one of the real-life topics we’ll speak on with care.

If you want short, honest, relatable conversations about relationships, healthy living, money mindset, and personal growth, subscribe now, share this with a friend, and leave a review so more people can find Give Me 15. What everyday topic do you want us to tackle first?
