King Saul, the first king of Israel, prefers to live by a 90% rule: Obey God 90% of the time, and that's good enough. But that attitude will be his downfall. And that attitude could be our downfall as well. Will we always obey God 100% of the time? No. And thankfully there is grace! But the goal should never be that 90% is good enough. Jesus said, "If you love me, you will obey what I command" (John 14:15).
