Ronnie tells the story of how he was legally blind as a kid and his Mom was so determined to find a cure for her son that she quit her job and moved out to Iowa to a chiropractic school. In addition to Ronnie's eyesight returning, his mother became a chiropractor. Ronnie is a writer who has published two children's books, href="http://www.grbooks.com/show_book.php?book_id=121"Lillie and Peggy, and href="http://www.special-ideas.com/products.php?id=2100"The Unexpected Day and Trust. He now hosts a radio program on the Portsmouth community radio station called href="http://portsmouthcommunityradio.org/news/archives/tag/dont-dis-my-ability"Don't Dis My Ability. He also made a film about suicide among the disability community called href="http://www.seacoastonline.com/articles/20110508-ENTERTAIN-105080312"Just One More Day. Ronnie is also a poet and he shares some of his poetry in the interview.
