Story Transcript:

Ar: في شقة صغيرة في وسط المدينة الكبرى، عاشت أمينة.
En: In a small apartment in the middle of the big city, Amina lived.

Ar: كان الجو في الخارج باردًا، والثلج يتساقط بهدوء على أسطح المنازل والشوارع.
En: Outside, the weather was cold, and the snow was quietly falling on the rooftops and streets.

Ar: لكن داخل شقتها، كانت الأضواء الملونة تُضيء الغرفة، وزينت شجرة عيد الميلاد الصغيرة بزينة براقة.
En: But inside her apartment, colored lights lit up the room, and a small Christmas tree was decorated with sparkling ornaments.

Ar: كانت أمينة تنتظر اتصالًا هامًا.
En: Amina was waiting for an important call.

Ar: منذ أيام، شعرت بالتوتر والقلق حيال نتائج طبية تنتظرها.

Ar: قال لها: "سيكون كل شيء على ما يرام، تذكري بأنك لست وحدك."
En: He said to her, "Everything will be alright, remember you're not alone."

Ar: ذلك المساء، خططت أمينة للاتصال بجمال عبر الفيديو.
En: That evening, Amina planned to video call Jamal.

Ar: جلست قبالة الحاسوب وهي ترتدي سترة ثقيلة لتدفئتها.
En: She sat in front of the computer wearing a heavy sweater to keep warm.

Ar: كانت تبتسم رغم الضغط الذي تشعر به.
En: She smiled despite the pressure she felt.

Ar: بدأ الاتصال، وفي الجانب الآخر ظهر جمال بوجهه المألوف والمريح.
En: The call started, and on the other side appeared Jamal's familiar and reassuring face.

Ar: تحدثا طويلًا وحاول جمال أن يطمئنها بكلامه اللطيف.
En: They talked for a long time, and Jamal tried to reassure her with his kind words.

Ar: فجأة، رن هاتف أمينة.
En: Suddenly, Amina's phone rang.

Ar: كان هذا هو الاتصال الذي انتظرته بفارغ الصبر.
En: It was the call she had been eagerly waiting for.

Ar: لحظة الحقيقة قد جاءت، وقلبها يخفق بشدة.

En: She said to Jamal, "The results were good!" and Jamal smiled with pride and relief.

Ar: بعد انتهاء المكالمة، شكرته على وجوده الدائم مثل شعاع الأمل في حياتها.
En: After ending the call, she thanked him for always being a beam of hope in her life.

Ar: ثم بعثت برسالة قصيرة إلى كريم، لتشكره على وقوفه بجانبها.
En: Then she sent a short message to Karim, thanking him for standing by her side.

Ar: بهذا انتهت ليلة طويلة بالأمل والاطمئنان، وقد أدركت أمينة أن الدعم يمكن أن يأتي بأشكال عديدة، وأن القرب الحقيقي يأتي من القلب وليس فقط من المسافات القريبة.
En: Thus, a long night ended with hope and reassurance, and Amina realized that support can come in many forms, and true closeness comes from the heart, not just from nearby distances.

Ar: الأضواء في شقتها استمرت بالإنارة، ولكن هذه المرة كانت هي منبع النور الداخلي بفضل الحب والسند.
