What are you afraid of?

We are being ambushed but there’s help.

Why do you think we are asked to forgive? Is it for us or for the other person? Holding grudges since you were a child. Living through life in bondage because you haven’t forgiven and released that which has you captured and bound. It has a hold on you and messes with your spirit and it can bring you health issues. I know it can be very difficult to forgive, however the benefits are great. Some of you listening may not bring yourself to the act of forgiveness and releasing but it’s ok. Hopefully in time you will be able to do so. Again the benefits are great.
