Soon after they bloom, cherry tree blossoms begin to shed their petals. The smallest breeze can dislodge them, sending them tumbling swirling gliding through the air. They cover the ground with a rosy carpet that creates a subtle yet magnificent aesthetic effect.

I had the opportunity to record a video of this event when I saw petals falling from a tree. I pointed the camera in such a way that I could see the petals against the background in the blue sky.

I slowed down the video and added music with MS Clipchamp.
