In a quiet little garden, where flowers love to grow,
Lived Gnorman the Gnome with a hat of bright red glow.
Winter had whispered its final, frosty tune,
And spring stretched its arms beneath the smiling moon.
Gnorman awoke with a stretch and a yawn,
Rubbing his eyes to greet the new dawn.
"Time for spring cleanup!" he said with delight,
His heart warm and cheerful, his spirit so light.
With a tiny green rake held firm in his hand,
He tidied the leaves that covered the land.
Rustling and bustling, he worked with great care,
Making cozy little homes for critters here and there.
He dusted the petals of flowers so sweet,
Whispering softly, "Grow tall, feel complete."
The daffodils nodded, the tulips stood proud,
Their colors like rainbows, bright and unbowed.
Mr. Whiskers the squirrel gave a friendly wave,
While Bella the bluebird sang from her leafy cave.
Gnorman smiled wide, his heart full of cheer,
"Spring is the best time of the year!"
When his work was all done and the sun dipped low,
Gnorman sat on his toadstool, basking in the glow.
The fireflies danced, twinkling in the night,
A soft, glowing chorus of magical light.
As Gnorman drifted to sleep with a sigh,
The garden whispered its gentle lullaby.
"Rest now, dear gnome, your job’s complete,
Dream of blossoms and days soft and sweet."
Goodnight, Gnorman. Goodnight, garden. Goodnight, spring.
