法客離博士有太多話想說了
但又不想只限於廣大中文聽眾
於是推出法客離全英系列

《FaKeLi Non-Peer-Reviewed》

當個博士，整天要被同儕審查制度(Peer-Reviewed)搞。
把自己寫的研究給其他博士檢查，他們要認同，才能發表。
非同儕審查制度，是我對學術界同儕審查制下的，某一種抵制。
我離，故我在!

“FaKeLi” in Mandarin is a literal translation from English.
It means “Fuck Off.”
Dr. FaKeLi has quite a lot to share. 
To reach out to more international audiences instead of only to those who know Chinese, here we give you “FaKeLi Non-Peer-Reviewed,” fully English.

Being a person with a Ph.D. degree, for FaKeLi, means that her research needs to be examined by other people with Ph.D. degrees. She cannot publish her research unless she gets other Ph.D.s “okays.”
“Fa-Le-Li Non-Peered Review” is one little resistance she could own to critique peer-reviewed social norms.

It is said that man is born alone and dies alone.
我們孤獨的生來，也孤獨的死去。
No one can live his life for him.
沒有任何一個人可以替別人把生命過完。
No one can die his death for him.
也沒有任何一個人可以替別人死。
But in between one can create various illusions in an attempt to escape from aloneness.
但我們可以創造自己的幻想，去逃離我們的孤獨。
 
This paper discusses how such futile attempts can actually be hindering the beautiful love and soulful relationships humans are longing for.
這篇研究在探討，為了不想要孤獨，而去愛別人或和別人在一起，其實到頭來是無謂的掙扎。
