In this episode, Ryan O'Shea from Miracon Development joins James and Christian to discuss delivering a better customer experience in Construction, from shovel to keys. Their conversation digs deep into the influence behind his drive to "Pursue Excellence" and "Create a Memorable Experience", which stems from a bucket list trip to Thomas Keller's The French Laundry, a three-star Michelin restaurant in Yountville, California. Ryan is the President of Miracon Development and holds a Masters's degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Education, and a Bachelor's in Human Kinetics. Currently, Ryan oversees the construction of a 106-unit Townhouse Site and 55 single-family homes in Langley, BC. In addition to raising his three children, Ryan is a passionate board member of the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation, President of Boxing BC and Chair of Boxing Canada’s Inter-Provincial and Territorial Council Committee and was named Top 40 Under 40 by Business in Vancouver in 2020.

Miracon Developments is an award-winning residential developer and builder in Greater Vancouver. Over the last six years, Miracon has built over 150 homes in Greater Vancouver valued at more than $160,000,000. During this same time, Miracon has received extensive industry recognition from CHBABC (Canadian Home Builders) and HAVAN (Home Builders of Greater Vancouver) for their award-winning communities. Miracon is currently building a 106-unit townhouse site and 53 detached single-family homes valued at over $180,000,000. Over the next 5 years, Miracon will build over 500 residential units in Greater Vancouver.
