“therefore wisdom and knowledge will be given you. And I will also give you wealth, possessions and honor, such as no king who was before you ever had and none after you will have.” (2 Chronicles 1:12)

Now that is an impressive list. Is there anyone out there who wouldn’t like a piece of that blessing? Solomon asked for wisdom and knowledge, and got wealth, possessions, and honor thrown in for free. I don’t think they were an addition, I think that maybe they were an outcome, a consequence of the first two. The wisdom and knowledge applied, led to honor wealth and possessions.

Yet wisdom and knowledge that leads to these outcomes was still a gift. Therefore they need to be spiritually discerned and received. It is our spiritual life that becomes manifest in our physical existence.

Our prayer life, insights and anointing will deliver a physical manifestation of Gods blessings and promises. Makes a brief quiet time more appealing doesn’t it.
