A Blueprint to a Perfect Leg Day

I had a KILLER leg day yesterday. What I realized was that I had been structuring my leg days in a specific way, and I think it's something everybody should consider. When designing a "perfect" leg day, you need to make sure you're incorporating movements that fit 4 different criterias. 1. A Hip Hinge - Deadlifts, RDL's, KB Swings2. Squat Varation - Back Squats, Front Squats, Goblet Squats, etc...3. Lateral Movements - Cossack Squats, Lateral Lunges4.
