There were a couple of things on my mind for this podcast: drug use to expand the consciousness (spoiler alert: they don't work like that) and defining a soulmate. 

I've recently learned about the use of certain drugs to enhance out of body experiences and to help with retaining memories after sleep. They don't work the way that people hope they will and it's not worth taking the risk of using them. I give an in-depth talk as to why.

I wanted to have a brief talk about defining a soulmate and what we mean to one another when we have a soulmate. I talk about the lengths that we go for one another, but what we ultimately will never do to one another. I don't break ground here with the definition, but hopefully I gave an understandable explanation of the basics of a soulmate.
