We are joined by Cody McFall of Fit to Survive who lives in Kyrgyzstan. Cody shares with us how he approaches preparedness from a skills perspective and a practical readiness point of view. This is not the zombie apocalypse prepping you see on the TV shows, this is practical everyday readiness for whatever may come your way. Cody talks about his journey to the remote country of Kyrgyzstan and how him and his family run an orphanage there. He talks about some of the kids and shares some of the great work they do for the children, who in some cases were simply abandoned. Recently Cody's father was in a horrible motorcycle accident, his father, accompanied by his mother, were medevacked out of the country on short notice. The mantle of leadership within the orphanage has now passed to Cody and his wife. Cody talks about how he responded during and after the accident.
