This monster of an episode packs a ton of zen history, along with humorous stories of many of the zen masters who molded zen and Buddhism itself into what it is today. As always, Catholics and Christians, should have a discerning eye when looking at zen. This episode is geared fully towards zen with little catholic talk at all but next episode we’ll be right back at it, until then I felt it pertinent to attempt to give an account of Zen’s history.
