Welcome to episode #3! I hope you enjoy this episode, today I am discussing my favourite relationship: FOOD!
I recognise our relationship with food may not always be a healthy one! So how do we make the CHANGES to have a more positive relationship with food. I believe it stems from the labels we have put on our food, our habits and rituals that don't serve us and how our inner monkey speaks to us sometimes!
I aim to reframe some of the above and give you some tips on seeing food as what it is: to be enjoyed, savoured , nourishing us and making us FEEL GOOD!

In this episode I want to discuss about the foundation about all your beliefs and to touch briefly on how our minds work. You see from my experience you can be POSITIVE , POSITIVE , POSITIVE and nothing changes. However when you address your core beliefs and perceptions of the world and environment around you and choose to shake those up , discarding what no longer is true and reaffirming who you really are , well then you are in a position to create and live a better life that is fulfilled and matches your inner desires and ambitions. I TRULY believe from my personal experience this is the FREEDOM as individuals we have been searching for. I highlight some reflections and some exercises to assist you in your PERSONAL QUEST and I hope that this episode resonates in a way for you.
