What kind of leadership is required to meet the challenges we face locally and globally? What if we looked at leadership in a new way that is different from the traditional top down model? Can neuroscience play a role in how we affect change? How important is trust in leadership? Our guest is Diana Chapman Walsh, who was president of Wellesley College and currently is on the faculty of the Academy for Contemplative and Ethical Leadership.
