Signature Cocktail: the French 75 A new year, a fresh start, and staying the fuck c GInnai home, goddamnit. 1 1/2oz gin1 1/2tsp powdered sugar1/2oz lemon juice2 1/2oz brut champagne

Combine lemon and sugar in base of shaker until combined. Add gin and shake with ice. Strain into chilled glass and add champagne.
