Why stay home when you can kick down the door to a brand new universe?

• 1 1/2oz gin
• 1/3oz lemon juice
• 4oz sparkling cider
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Pinch of cinnamon

Combine ingredients except cider in a shaker full of ice, shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass, then top up with cider.

For the Simple Syrup

• 1/2cup water
• 1/2cup sugar
• 1/2inch fresh ginger, sliced
• 3 springs rosemary

For the drink:

• 3oz grapefruit juice
• 1oz rosemary ginger syrup
• 3oz sparkling water
• rosemary for garnish

Build cocktail ingredients over ice, and stir. Garnish with sprig of rosemary.

Shake all ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake again until combined. Strain into chilled glass.

A new year, a fresh start, and staying the fuck c GInnai home, goddamnit.

• 1 1/2oz gin
• 1 1/2tsp powdered sugar
• 1/2oz lemon juice
• 2 1/2oz brut champagne

Combine lemon and sugar in base of shaker until combined. Add gin and shake with ice. Strain into chilled glass and add champagne.

May your hooves be quick, your turns be sharp, and your nose be glowing.

• 1oz bourbon
• 3/4oz tawny port
• 1/2oz honey
• 1/2oz cream
• 1 egg yolk
• Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice, and dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a frozen cocktail glass, and garnish with nutmeg.
