Great audible of an old favorite
If you could sum up A Christmas to Love You in three words, what would they be?
Remember your love
What other book might you compare A Christmas to Love You to and why?
Any of the Love Series. A Christmas to Love You isn't really a Christmas story it's more of a seqway into a spinoff and the remaining Cahill story. It doesn't give you a glimpse into the parents love story.
Which character as performed by Jessica Almasy was your favorite?
Any. She did a great job with tone for all the different females within this story. She didn't make the men seem overly cheesy in a "man voice" and her take on the kids was spot on. Her voice was energetic, vibrant, and clear. I enjoyed listening to her far more than I did other performances of this same series.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I am a true fan of Megan Smith's story, however I never really quite understood the exact purpose of this novella. It's not Christmas, it's not a full book, it's kind a just a glimpse foreshadowing what is to come, but also catching back to up these characters. It is a great novella to pull you back to the family and cause readers to want more from each Cahill and their significant other
loved it
Loved it. The narrator did a great job portraying each character in the book! It grabs you and allows you to feel what the characters themselves are feeling and going through.
