Yeah, I played football today just like I said I would yesterday 😑

We got to the school field early, around 8am, like we always do. But when we got there, some girls were already on the field doing their training. There’s this unwritten rule on the field – if a group is there before you, you can’t just chase them off. You have two choices. Either you join them and play together, or you wait if you came with your own team and want to play among yourselves.

This time it was a training session, not even a match, so we couldn’t just jump in. That meant we had to sit and wait. We waited till about 9:45 before they finished and left. It’s normal there, whoever comes first gets first turn, so we just had to time them and be patient 😕

When it was finally our turn, we played from around 10 till 1pm. After that I went home, and from 1pm till about 6pm I was just on my phone, chilling. Later in the night I had to go to the kitchen and prepare something to eat for myself.

So that’s how today went. Most of the morning was just waiting, but at least we still got to play for a few hours. It wasn’t a bad day overall.
