After an amazing Saturday morning I was in the middle of washing my car and feeling extra grateful for all the things but then, I was left feeling bad for wanting to share those feelings with the world and that is what inspired todays episode!
We will be covering:
-What is gratitude, why it is important to practice it daily and the difference between bragging and gratitude
-Some reasons we may feel ashamed to share our gratitude and why we need to put those feelings to sleep
-A few easy ways you can start practicing gratitude every day if you aren't already!

In todays episode, we talk my first experience with a DekaFit race and how I qualified for the World Championships!
We will cover the week that followed the race and my decision to ultimately change up my whole nutrition and training routine only to realize that due to a lack of being able to count to two that things might not be as smooth sailing as I thought they'd be...
We are talking highs and lows and facing adversity and all the things, so tune in and enjoy episode 3 of A Constantly Varied Life!

On this episode we talk about taking your power back and choosing to control the things that you can control. We also touch on how to switch your perspective when life throws you lemons and a few other hot tips on living your best life!

I mean, I am sure you are wondering all about the life that is Nikki and this episode will be a 13ish-minute summary (which is pretty impressive, if you ask me) on just that!
I am sure that I missed some things as summing up 33 years is relatively tough and said things will likely come up in a future episodes if they were that important but I think this is a solid gist of all the things!
I hope you enjoy and don't forget to like, share, subscribe and help spread the word! It is so very appreciated!
