A Continous State Of Bliss ⎪Sadhanapada, Hosting IE Teacher, Volunteering, Isha Kriya

Listen Later

In this Episode we have Alexandru tuning in from Romania who went through Sadhanapada, a 7 month volunteering program at the Isha Yoga Center in India. He speaks about his experience of going through this transformational program, as well as about volunteering and how his definition of a true friendship changed. We also go into talking about the culture he is originally coming from and how coming back from India was for him as he had changed his diet from as he says "Meat with Meat" to a vegetarian diet. With his humor and joyful energy he dances through this episode and shares of him extending his stay at the Ashram and how he got stuck due to the virus. I also get to know about him hosting an Inner Engineering Teacher in Romania na the experience of that and much more! This one was just pure joy and bliss! I absolutely loved it. Thank you for tuning in 🙏🏻
