Juan Alzate is a husband to his beautiful wife Daniela and a father to his sons John Junior and a baby on the way. He was born in Cali, Colombia and came to the United States at 6 years old. At the age of 18 he began a career in real estate which led him to complete a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration in Real Estate. After a professional career for 6 years in both residential and commercial real estate, selling properties and hotels of up to 23 million dollars, in 2020 he transitioned careers to work full-time in ministry at Vertical Church. On this episode, Juan shares with us the first time he saw a man in his life be vulnerable and how that moment changed him, how his own vulnerability led to freedom, why it's so hard for men to be vulnerable and the importance of having good quality friends around you and the impact it can have on your life.
