The man, the myth, the legend, papa Hinck is back on the pod and you do NOT want to miss this one! He opens up about tough circumstances he's had to deal with last year and he how persevered through it; from needing two different emergency surgeries, to getting into a car accident a week later, to focusing on bettering his health, he shares his heart and insight on what got him through a very tough season and how you can too :)
After a mini hiatus, I'm back fam! On this episode, I get vulnerable in sharing why I had not posted last week; I also share about having the honor of attending a celebration of life for a family friend whose son unfortunately passed away from cancer. This opened my eyes and heart, to realizing that none of us are guaranteed tomorrow and to live a life filled with purpose, gratitude and joy.
OTIC Fam, Happy Monday!! This week I share with you the importance of filling up your cup, doing the things that bring you joy, so that YOU can be the best you, to those around you. I talk about a solo date I took myself on this past weekend, how it allowed me to connect with myself again and also connect with God in a way I hadn't in a while. I hope this episode sparks inspiration for you to make the time this week, to take yourself out on a solo date, and tap into that childlike joy!
I am absolutely loving what people have shared with the things that they are taking in and out of 2024, and on this episode, I share with you my personal in's and out's for this year. I found this to be such a helpful mental, and intentional exercise to do as the year starts; giving yourself a vision of not only where you are going in life, but also who you want to become!
OTIC Fam, we.are.back! I am so pumped to be back recording and kicking off 2024 with a new segment I'm bringing to the pod known as "Monday Motivation with Megs" These will be mini episodes to encourage, inspire, and motivate you to start your week off with a bang. On this week's MMWM, I share a practice that has helped me with keeping my focus and vision clear when I begin a new year and that is having a word for that specific year. On this episode, I share my word for 2024 and encourage you to begin that journey for yourself.
With much gratitude,
Xx Megs
