So after a week off I am back with a very special guest for episode 12. This week I caught up with former Cruise Director Alex Degmetich.

He talked about how he started working on ships, how he became a cruise director, his leadership and management of teams, he also gives a special shipboard announcement like you were a guest onboard.

He also talks about working in Vegas, setting out on a new volunteering adventure and how he spent lockdown in Sri Lanka.
