Chairman Brian Schimming is a veteran political strategist, radio host and key figure in the Republican Party of Wisconsin, with over 30 years of experience in grassroots organizing and campaign management. He served as an aide to Governors Tommy Thompson and Scott Walker, and held roles as a lobbyist, radio host, and state GOP vice chairman before being unanimously elected party chairman in December 2022, a position he retained after re-election in December 2024.

KC Crosbie graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in May of 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and went to work in corporate America. In 2013, KC established a Kentucky company focused on the distribution and sales of specialized medical and therapeutic products.
KC was elected to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government City Council in 2006 and served three consecutive terms representing the 7th District. During her elections, Crosbie received endorsements from the City’s firefighters, police officers and government employees. As Lexington’s Council is non-partisan, KC earned a reputation for being a person capable of working with all sides of the political spectrum.
With the support of president Donald Trump, Lexington’s KC Crosbie was elected as co-chair of the Republican National Committee. KC serves alongside recently re-elected RNC Chair Michael Whatley.
