Recently Nat wrote an article that generated quite a lot of buzz... and it got us thinking about sexism in business. Gender-based stereotyping still holds back women leaders and business owners — and it doesn’t all come from men. Unfortunately, in offices and businesses today, women leaders are still treated differently by everyone. That’s why, in this episode, we talk about how we can begin to fight sexism by calling out the sexist behaviours we display toward other women ourselves — especially the small and subtle ones. The poet and philosopher Rumi once wrote, “Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” And that’s what we’re doing today. We hope you enjoy the episode.
