We are happy to be joined by Pablo Alcantara. Pablo began his career in the hospitality industry in hotels. I had the pleasure of working with Pablo when he began his career as a night auditor. Since then Pablo has transitioned into the airline industry where he is now a flight attendant. He shares his views on being a good host and how beginning his career in hotels prepared him to be the best he can be today.
