Paul Johnson (CBE) - Director of the Institute for Fiscal Studies and Provost of The Queen's College, Oxford.

Johnson began his career at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) from 1988–1998, rising to deputy director, then held senior government roles including chief economist at the Department for Education and Skills and at HM Treasury (2000–2007). Johnson is a Times columnist and wrote the book "Follow the Money" (2023).
