It’s always a treat to share conversations with colleagues who have inspired me in the world of hair color. 

Today I get to share some time with Tom Dispenza , whom I have know for over 40 years. We have actually grown up in this business together.

I consider Tom to be one of my long time friends who has not only share social moments , but has also been a Mentor to me along the way. 

His experience in Hair Color dwarfs those who consider themselves “hair color experts”.
