Trevor is pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management at University of Southern California. Trevor is a great example of why orgaizations should hire and mentor really smart generalist and in this episode he talks about how his experience in senior living offered him the transferable skills of critical thinking, agility and crisis management to his new career as a HR professional.
