A Great Read!!!!

Loved A cool Summer In Paradise. I am glad that Ms. James made this a three book series. I enjoy reading Ms. James books because her books do not have any rude language and sex scenes . I also enjoyed A Cool Summer In Paradise because she included Laura and Cameron, the boys and Finn throughout the story with Abby and Nolan. I am going to start reading Finn's story as soon as it downloads on my tablet. I would encourage anyone that have never read one of Kristy K. James books to get a copy and start reading, you won't be9 sorry you did.

Still liked the characters, but the romance was lacking.

I agree with many other reviewers on this one, there really was no relationship built between Abby and Nolan. I purchased this book because I like the characters from the first book and was interested in continuing their journey and they were all back I this one. I still enjoyed them, but I would have liked to have felt something building between the main characters and it just wasn't there. They had not even kissed when Nolan proposed.

Finding love

Abby had went to visit her nephew and sister n law in the palace. Laura was pregnant and Cameron's best friend Nolan was her Dr. Abby is a head mistress at an all GIRLS school in Michigan. One of Angus GIRLS commit suicide can Nolan make her see it isn't her fault. A very nice clean book made me cry.

Cross Roads

Abby's life is at a cross roads. She feels disconnected from her job and her family. Accepting an invitation to visit her sister in law and nephew is a bit uncomfortable. Meeting sister in law's new husband feels overwhelming and awkward. Her discomfort comes across so clearly and matters just keep getting worse. Nolan's loyalty to his friends flares when misjudgments happen. I love Nolan's willingness to apologize and his pursuit when he realizes that Abby is exactly what he wants.

Great read

I loved the first book in the series and so was keen to read this one too. I loved the characters, and being able to continue on with the characters from the first book. Like another reviewer, I do think the ending was rushed. But it was great read and I've purchased the next instalment. Well done Kristy.
