The Holy Spirit's Answer (Holy Instant) is the release point to the ego's unholy instant. The Answer was Given simultaneously to the error, and now the Answer must be accepted to be experienced.

Frances speaks about a 3 week Silent retreat in Australia that was completely Given with downloads from the Holy Spirit and no "disagreement" in Guidance.

In the opening session of the Moorfield retreat, everyone shared their hearts. David ended the session with a deep talk on true prayer.

Spirituality is very practical. All we need to do is to get in touch with our internal teacher - the Holy Spirit, and let judgement come through us rather than by us. Renunciation in form is not the goal. Think with God is what this is all about.

Guidance is the way we live and purpose is underneath everything. Marriage can be helpful if it is guided. It is not about clinging to a concept but about allowing spirit to exchange concepts for the undoing of the ego.

The mind that believes in the ego is addicted to the ego. The ego likes the idea of returning to God, because it can make it sound difficult. The gauge to your spiritual awakening is how do you feel. To the extend that you have problems in your experience, the ego is running the show. Spirit is the Presence that knows no problems.

The last judgement from Jesus is "Holy are you, eternal, free and whole, at peace forever in the Heart of God. Where is the world, and where is sorrow now?"

Guidance is a stepping stone to a total transformation of our thinking, which leads to the experience of Oneness. Holy Spirit is not a body or in a body. By allowing the Holy Spirit to use judgment for us in a practical way, we are relinquishing the attachment to ego preferences, beliefs and thoughts. We are either following the voice for Love (Holy Spirit), or the voice for fear (Ego). Spirit can reach us in many ways if we are willing to ask, listen and follow.
