This morning's session focuses on Lesson 114 (Review) ”I am Spirit” and “I will accept my part in God's plan for salvation” from the workbook of A Course in Miracles. After the lesson reading, you are invited into a deep contemplative space (5-minutes of restful silence), to practice the ideas and allow the truth of the lesson to settle in. Jenny Maria speaks about letting the day be like a love song, encouraging lightness about the body and daily tasks, and to remember that "no body can contain my Spirit." She gently reminds that we are not meant to be "doers" or overly focused on other people, but rather to rest in the joy and freedom of being Spirit. 

She shares that "perception is a mirror, not a fact"—a powerful reminder that what we see is a reflection of our beliefs, not an objective fact. We are called to release judgment, forgive, and look upon the world with the eyes of Christ.
