In this ACIM Satsang, the two things Barret De La Luz refers to are:

1. Facing and releasing grievances and upsets: Barret emphasizes the importance of confronting our grievances, fears, and the ego's illusions, rather than avoiding them. This process involves lifting every upset to the Holy Spirit and asking for a miracle to see things differently. By doing this, we begin to heal and release the false beliefs that cause suffering.
2. Accepting the script and choosing peace: The second essential action is accepting the script of  our lives as it unfolds, without resistance. Barret explains that by accepting what is happening without trying to change or control it, we transcend the ego's grip and allow ourselves to awaken to peace. This acceptance is key to remembering our true nature beyond the dream of separation.

Barret emphasizes the importance of accepting our experiences as they are, rather than resisting them. This acceptance is key to transcending suffering and realizing the eternal peace that has always been within us. He reminds us that the script of our lives has already been written, but we mistakenly believe we are the characters in this story, rather than the authors. Through gentle self-reflection and forgiveness, we can begin to dissolve the ego’s illusions and awaken to the truth that we are not separate bodies, but eternal beings of love and light.

This ACIM satsang is a call to anyone on the spiritual path, encouraging us to face our fears, grievances, and attachments with honesty and courage. Barret shares that by offering all of our upsets to the Holy Spirit and asking for miracles, we can experience a profound shift in perception.
