What an incredible conversation we had with Jock about his career and his work preserving indigenous ingredients.

Jock Zonfrillo is a Scottish born chef who got his start working for Marco Pierre White before travelling to Australia to work at Restaurant Forty-One in Sydney. Jock then moved to Adelaide where he opened up Restaurant Orana and started his not-for-profit, The Orana Foundation to preserve the sophisticated cooking techniques and ingredients of The First Australians. This season, Jock became one of the new judges on MasterChef Australia and is currently filming MasterChef Junior.
