Dublin born Colin Fassnidge was the Executive Chef at the Four in Hand for over ten years. Colin's second venture, 4Fourteen, reimagined family meals that he had in his youth. Next he helped reinvigorate a run-down local suburban pub, the Banksia Hotel, which reignited his love of pub dining. Colin's creative yet refined take on the nose-to-tail food philosophy turned this unassuming pub dining room into an awarded and celebrated dining destination. Colin's opinions and honesty led him to appear as a judge on Channel 7's ratings winner 'My Kitchen Rules' and during Covid he started offering online cooking classes from his own kitchen.

After arriving in Australia in 1999, Manu Feildel first appeared on Australian television with Ready Steady Cook. Since then he has become one of the most popular personalities on Australian television as co-host of the successful "My Kitchen Rules". Manu has also been a judge on 'Australia's Got Talent', he won the 2011 series of Dancing with the Stars and he'll soon appear in a new cooking show called Plate of Origin. Prior to appearing on our screens, Manu was the Executive Chef in several popular Sydney restaurants, opened his first restaurant L'etoile in Paddington, Sydney, where he was awarded a Chef's Hat and he's also the author of 4 cookbooks.

Jock Zonfrillo is a Scottish born chef who got his start working for Marco Pierre White before travelling to Australia to work at Restaurant Forty-One in Sydney. Jock then moved to Adelaide where he opened up Restaurant Orana and started his not-for-profit, The Orana Foundation to preserve the sophisticated cooking techniques and ingredients of The First Australians. This season, Jock became one of the new judges on MasterChef Australia and is currently filming MasterChef Junior.

Peter describes his cuisine as food inspired by nature and as a passionate gardener himself, he was one of the first chefs in Australia to embrace heirloom varieties of vegetables and continues to work in partnership with small and artisan producers. Peter is also a regular guest chef and judge on MasterChef which featured one of his most famous creations, the Snow Egg.

Justin Dry launched his wine company Vinomofo in April 2011 from a little garage in Adelaide and it's become one of Australia's fastest-growing companies, as well as being listed as one of Australia's best places to work. Justin, a natural born entrepreneur, and wine geek, created the company with his brother-in-law because they wanted to share good wines, keep it real (in other words, not be wankers about it!), and have fun. They created Australia's first online wine community site, where they have been able to unite a tribe of other wine geeks with a mutual love of wine, food and adventure.
