She was also editor of Cosmopolitan Australia, host of Masterchef Australia and founder of the largest wellness website in Australia, IQuitSugar.com. In May 2018, Sarah closed the I Quit Sugar business and gave all money to charity. She now builds and enables charity projects that 'engage humans with each other' and campaigns on mental health and climate issues. Sarah's latest book This One Wild and Precious Life is a soul's journey through the complexities of climate change, Covid-19, our disconnection, political fragmentation...back to life. It will be published in Australia in September 2020.

Lydia is also an entrepreneurial businesswoman - she launched her Body Ice product range as a result of her own experiences with injuries as an athlete. Throughout her career, Lydia has encountered many setbacks, mostly due to injury, but has persevered to ultimately achieve her goals.

Bianca joined us for a chat around her netball career, leadership, mental health and her time on the block!

Gold medal-winning netballer Bianca Chatfield's journey from professional athlete to media personality and leadership speaker is indicative of her vivacious nature, dedication and professionalism across all fields.

Following her debut as an 18-year-old for the Australian Diamonds, Bianca quickly established herself as one of the fiercest defenders and empowering leaders. During her time on the netball court, Bianca endured some tough times but also enjoyed great success; winning both gold and silver medals at the Commonwealth Games, a World Championship, alongside a host of premierships with the Melbourne Vixens.

A celebrated athlete, excellent communicator, and qualified teacher, Since her retirement from the sport in 2015, she has taken on running her own leadership business, writing her first book, Game On, and appearing on Reality TV as a contestant on Ch 9's The Block, renovating The Gatwick in 2018.

We spoke to Lauren and Simon about practical ways to stay healthy and fit whilst at home.

Lauren Hannaford was an elite gymnast athlete and coach for over 20 years, she knows what it takes to make healthy changes and change your life.

Winning state and national trophies for Gymnastics and Athletics were Lauren's dreams - and she achieved them. However, she discovered something bigger along the way. As Lauren's personal wins grew so did her love of helping people become the strongest, fittest and healthiest version of themselves. As a qualified personal trainer, Lauren loves seeing the positive impact that exercise and healthier life choices can have on a whole family.

Lauren is married to Simon Pryce who is the current Red Wiggle. During this episode we also spoke about the relationship they have and the importance of communication.

He wants to encourage everyone to be active, participate and come together through fitness.
