We’ve been studying the Book of Revelation of late. During the Tribulation period the Lord will send out two witnesses to testify of His grace, love and forgiveness. Though they’ll have the power and authority of God they’ll be opposed at every turn. Similarly we’re called to be God’s witnesses in a hostile environment. Do you consider yourself to be an integral part of the Body of Christ? God does! But often we start comparing ourselves to others, wishing we had the same gifts as our neighbor down the street. In our study today, the apostle Paul explains the significance of the Body of Christ working together as one. As an analogy, he points to the human body, which has many parts, but is to effectively function as one unit. Wouldn’t it be great if that were an accurate description of the Church today?
