Trusting God’s Plan in His Perfect Timing
There are seasons in life when we have questions, we want answers, and we want God to move but God calls us to trust Him, wait on Him, and follow His direction even when we cannot see the outcome.
Proverbs 3:5–6 tells us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding, but to acknowledge Him in all our ways, trusting Him to direct our path.
Isaiah 55:8–9 reminds us that God’s thoughts and ways are higher than ours. Just because we don't understand what God is doing doesn't mean He isn't working.
And then there is Isaiah 41, where God reminds His people, “Fear not; for I am with thee.” He promises to strengthen them, help them, and uphold them. When we are walking through uncertainty, we can remember that God's presence does not depend on whether we understand His plan.
Psalm 27:14 says, “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart.” Waiting on God isn't passive—it is an opportunity to develop faith and courage while trusting that His timing is better than ours.
Isaiah 40:31 gives us another powerful promise: those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength. When our strength runs out, God provides the strength we need to keep going.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 tells us that God makes everything beautiful in His time. His timing may not match our timetable, but His timing is purposeful.
Habakkuk 2:3 reminds us that even when the answer seems delayed, “though it tarry, wait for it.” God's promises don't become less faithful simply because they don't happen when we expect them to.
And Philippians 4:19 reminds us that “my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” We can trust that God knows what we need and is faithful to provide according to His will.
So the message is simple:
Trust God's plan. Wait on His timing. Follow where He leads. And don't let fear convince you that God has forgotten you.
You may not understand the when, the how, or even the why right now—but you can trust Who is leading you.
God is with you. God will strengthen you. God will direct your path. God will provide for you. And in His perfect time, He will make things beautiful.

What Are You Coming Into Agreement With?

What we agree with has power to shape the direction of our lives. In this episode, we explore the spiritual significance of agreement, whether we are aligning ourselves with God and His truth, or coming into agreement with the enemy, his lies, and his influence.

Agreement can shape our thoughts, words, choices, relationships, and ultimately our actions. We’ll look at how the things we repeatedly believe and speak can create patterns in our lives, and why recognizing what we have partnered with spiritually is so important.

The question is simple but powerful: What are you in agreement with, and where is that agreement taking you?

This episode challenges us to examine our hearts, identify agreements that do not align with God’s Word, and intentionally choose agreement with God, His truth, and His purpose for our lives.

This episode challenges listeners to a different school of thought when it comes to the pursuit of worldly things and wealth, leading to what we would call happiness. It focuses on the 2nd chapter of Ecclesiastes. The writer of Ecclesiastes (originally thought to be King Solomon but now some theologians believe otherwise) accounts for his pursuit of status, wealth, pleasure and how after amassing a large amount of wealth, it is all vanity. All of the toil and work ultimately lead to insignificance. This is likened to vapor and the properties of vapor as it dissipates. 

Listeners are challenged to ponder how this would change their pursuits in life recognizing that God is the source and how this would alter the lens we view life through. How would your change your pursuits if you knew that after all of the toil, it is insignificant and that there is nothing new to be gained?

In this episode we discuss how God examines our hearts and what is mentioned in the Bible regarding God searching and testing the heart. We are reminded that God can see and knows everything that is in our hearts and minds, we cannot hide anything from Him. We also discuss how we should assess how we are showing up to the world and being mindful of what is our hearts. Listeners are encouraged to release negative factors of the heart. Traits such as un-forgiveness, envy, hate, an egocentric mindset, and pride all are not aligned to God. Although many points are brought up on this episode, the underlying foundation is God is seeking what we are holding onto and releasing in our hearts.

Haggai takes place after the Jewish exiles returned to Jerusalem and began rebuilding the Temple, only to abandon the project as they focused on their own homes and personal concerns. Through the prophet Haggai, God calls the people to reconsider their priorities and reminds them that their spiritual responsibilities should come before their pursuit of comfort and prosperity. The people respond to Haggai's message and resume construction of the Temple under the leadership of Zerubbabel and Joshua son of Jehozadak. 

Haggai also encourages those who are discouraged by the new Temple's modest appearance, assuring them that God is with them and that its future glory will be great. He teaches that genuine obedience and holiness matter more than outward religious actions alone. Overall, the book emphasizes the importance of putting God first, faithfully carrying out His work, and trusting in His promises for the future.

In this episode we also touch on how worldly power can be taken at any moment and all should remain aware and diligent. God has it all in hand.

This episode is centered around how we can reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Key ideas include normalizing conversations about mental health, improving education about mental illnesses, sharing personal experiences to increase understanding, challenging stigmatizing language and stereotypes. We also dive into the need for expanding access to mental health care, addressing discrimination and systemic barriers, respecting cultural differences, and viewing people as more than a diagnosis. 

We emphasize the importance of remaining open enough to be the one person to step into someone's life and help them view life from a different perspective. Prevention of death by suicide is discussed and how emotions and circumstances can be fleeting. 
The main takeaway from the discussion is that stigma decreases when mental health is treated as a normal part of overall health, people feel safe discussing their experiences, and support and treatment are accessible without fear of judgment.

This episode completes the three-part series on Spiritual Warfare. In this spiritual warfare, the Bible gives us a balanced toolkit for both defense and offense. Defensively, we rely on truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, and readiness, all described as part of the armor of God in Ephesians 6. Offensively, we wield the Word of God, the sword of the Spirit, and stay constant in prayer. As soldiers in this battle, we endure like faithful servants, resist temptation, and remain rooted in God’s truth, knowing that Christ’s victory is already secured.

Part two of this three-part series is focused on understanding the enemy's tactics. We look at how deception, subtle temptation, and distortion of truth are key strategies Satan uses, often disguised as something good or reasonable. We break down biblical examples, like how Satan twisted God’s word in the Garden, and how he uses doubt and accusation. For both believers and non-believers, we emphasize the importance of resisting temptation, staying grounded in truth, seeking God’s wisdom, and cultivating discernment so they’re not caught off guard by these tactics. Satan's tactics are typically the same, so it is important for us to identify these which will give us the best offense in our spiritual warfare.
