Here in the United States, we have seen unprecedented damage during this year’s hurricane season with two storms almost back-to-back. One of the worst hit an area in North Carolina that rarely sees these types of storms and caused insurmountable damage in a very rural area and called for mobilization of many resources including disaster relief dogs.
