Isabelle describes herself as a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach with over ten years of experience in the IT field, a thorough understanding of agile principles and values, and an MBA from HEC Montreal. She is passionate about team building, creating and maintaining relationships and creating value for organizations. My main strengths are my natural leadership, my enthusiasm, my creativity and a high sense of responsibility. I have a great ability to adapt and to grasp rapidly new concepts. Isabelle has worked with clients from different industries: telecom, auctions, university departments, government, banking, insurance. I was selected in several international conferences as a speaker: Montreal (Agile Montreal), Paris (XP Days), Geneva (XP Days) and Chicago (Agile 2009).
