This week we watch Nashville, Robert Altman's 1975 classic. This one we really just tried to keep up with and it's fairly epic, 2 hours and 45 minutes of crazy but we give you our best. The IMDB summary say's: Over the course of a few hectic days, numerous interrelated people prepare for a political convention as secrets and lies are surfaced and revealed.

And honestly that's probably as good as anyone could do. You can find the trailer for it here but I also suggest that you watch the intro song again which you can find here

IMDB's summary says "An over-burdened doctor struggles to find meaning in his life while a murderer stalks the halls of his hospital." This is a good start but only such a small part of the story. Join as we talk about The Hospital. Also there is a rape scene in this film about half way through and you should be forewarned.

This week we watched Serpico a cop movie to kick off a conversation about law enforcement.  IMDB describes the movie like "An honest New York cop named Frank Serpico blows the whistle on rampant  corruption in the force only to have his comrades turn against him." This movie was an excellent look at corruption from an inside source. Once again we talk through the whole damn thing but with love (of course). Enjoy
